(All made with raw honey which has myriad health benefits including: prevents/reduces allergies, immune boosting, and rich in B vitamins from pollen and royal jelly, complex healthy enzymes not available anywhere else. You can also add spirulina and other green powders to these smoothies – read all ingredients in those powders. Only botanicals should be listed nothing else!)
- To make: mix all ingredients in blender until smooth then pour into cups. Freeze leftovers in bowls to be eaten like ice cream later after thawing for a few minutes.
Peanut butter honey dessert smoothie
- Vanilla or chocolate soy milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Lots of honey to taste
- Ice
- If feeling chocolaty add chocolate chips to be crushed in at end on low for a few seconds
- Also good with an added banana
